What is it?

Total body group exercise classes incorporating all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing.

Classes include-     

Spinn 360 (Indoor Group Cycling)

"The calorie  Killer"

A studio cycling class that utilises specific designed exercise bikes to hold a 50 minute group fitness experience that will take you on a virtual ride/race. You will be shown how to set your bike up for optimal position for both comfort and performance. There will be a warm up followed by hill sessions, sprint sessions and interval sessions. This is achieved by following the instructor’s lead by altering the bikes resistance or rpm leg speed.

Main fitness benefits - Great for CV fitness and fat burning ( no other class comes close ) Also strengthens and tone the thighs and bum.

Who is it for? Anyone looking for a low co-ordination, no frills workout fitness class.

Calorie burn - 400-500 per session. 

Circuits (Total Body Fitness)

"The ulimate challenge in physical fitness!"

                            

A type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. 'Circuit' means a group of activities and refers to a number of selected 'stations' positioned that are to be visited in rapid succession. The range of stations include resistance equipment, as well as allocated spaces to do cardiovascular exercises. Each person should complete the activity in one station before they proceed to the next station. They then continue until they have passed through all stations once or twice as required, or until a certain time requirement has been met.

Main fitness benefits - Great for CV fitness, muscular strength and toning.

Who is it for? Anyone looking for a low co-ordination, no frills hard workout fitness class.

Calorie burn - 400-600 per session.           

Boxercise (Boxing Themed Fitness)

"The best stress buster around!"

         

One of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

Main fitness benefits - Great for CV fitness, upper body muscular strength and endurance.

Who is it for? Anyone looking for to take out physical agression within there workout fitness class.

Calorie burn - 400-600 per session.

Price - £36.00 for six week course / £7.00 pay as you go.
