The concept for Project Active was launched in 2007 by Ben Scurr, a fitness professional with over 15 years’ experience. Ben wanted to provide an alternative to gyms and fitness centres that was professional, friendly and part of a health, fitness and wellbeing community.
Joined by Karen Foster in 2011, Project Active Ltd was created and has assembled a great team including fitness professionals, wellbeing coaches and nutritionists equipped with the skills and experience that will help you get the results you need quickly, safely, and for the long-term.
