Our Project Active team shares a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing and will take care of you every step of the way so that you can reach your goals. Our approach isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ and our assembled expertise means that whatever you need you can be sure we can bring it to you!

Ben Scurr, Director
Ben will be your first point of contact; he will discuss with you what you need and will suggest how Project Active can help you. Ben delivers our personal training, group classes and wellbeing for business programmes.Ben is a Director of Project Active and an experienced fitness professional with a wealth of health, fitness and wellbeing qualifications including the following: Personal Training and Sports Therapy, NLP Practitioner, Fitness Assessment and Health Appraisal, Exercise Management for Special Populations, Sports Nutrition, Instructor in boxercise and spinning. Mandy Hurworth, Nutritionist

Mandy has a BSC honours in Nutrition and Food Science and is a full member of the Nutrition Society. Mandy has worked
Joanna Hutt - Lifestyle Coach and Therapist

Joanna has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. She is a Licentiate member of the Hypnotherapy Society and an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society. Joanna can work with you on any aspect of wellbeing and motivation.
Karen Foster – Director
Karen is a Director of Project Active Ltd and is responsible for business development and support.
