'"After working with the FitLinxx system for 6 years FitLinxx were delighted when Ben agreed to become a FitLinxx Master Trainer in November 2006, the wide and varied operational models our clients use demands a trainer who can pick the facets most applicable to a facility and implement our software around their model rather adjusting their operation to fit FitLinxx. To this end Ben's operational knowledge and training has seen him delight our clients ranging from Renault Formula One, Derby County Football Club and leisure and fitness facilities located in Oman, Bangalore, Mumbai, Istanbul, County Cork and Inverness'"

"Audley met with Ben at the beginning of 2007 and since then he has offered a variety of weekly classes to our employees including Circuits, Spinning, training for 10k and Triathlon events and even personal training sessions.

The sessions take place immediately after work which works very well for us!  Ben tailors his classes for all levels of fitness which is brilliant as it helps encourage participation.  He provides advice and encouragement which is incredibly motivating and definitely needed to help push you further!  The sessions are challenging, fun and occasionally added with an element of group competitiveness with forfeits which helps to spur people on!

Ben has a very natural, friendly and interactive training style.  His continuous support has helped to provide me, and many other employees at Audley,
with a strong 'can-do' attitude which I think is half the battle when it comes to keeping fit!

The feedback I have received from our employees regarding the content of the sessions and Ben's training style has always been very positive.  I would highly recommend Ben to any other organisation who is looking at providing something similar for their employees".

"Our Sixth Form students looked forward to their weekly spin class with Ben who was able to make exercise enjoyable, fun, motivating yet punishing at the same time! Their fitness levels over the weeks increased as they were took through a paced routine enhancing their cardiovascular performance over and beyond their previous levels.

Ben made the students feel at ease (or lulled them into a false sense of security!) and ensured each and everyone got the most out of the class; Ben's drive, enthusiasm, professionalism and not to mention great music! all contributed to the success of his classes."

“I have known and worked with Project Active for 2 years and have found them to be professional, courteous and honest.I have no concerns recommending my clients with not only postural and muscular imbalances but also clients who want to improve their health, fitness and sporting performance  to seek help from Project Active.”

Project Active had been working alongside my previous gym for several years. The aim of the partnership was to provide the ultimate in Personal Training to the membership. The Project Active Team has always delivered high quality Personal Training and Group Exercise Workshops. Many of the members have benefited from their expertises in exercise and lifestyle management.

Their success is down to the care and attention placed on client care with the emphasis on goal setting, making all goals realistic and achievable within each stage of training.

The other unique point to Project Active is the lifestyle management. This is particularly good for people without much time on their hands and will eliminate a lot of mistakes made by so many.

I would highly recommend Project Active to anyone thinking of Personal Training in the near future be it at home or in a gym, and to those who actually want to achieve.
