‘Coach Connect’ Programme

We are proud to offer the complete service in health, fitness and well-being coaching with our ‘Coach Connect’ programme. Using state of the art technology, our coaches are able to oversee what exercise you are doing, how often you’re doing it and what you’re eating. The more information you record, the better we can analyse, review, measure and give feedback to you. The aim is to get the best from you in the minimum amount of time and to maximise your performance.


Workouts & Meals – Plan ahead for workouts and meals to stay organised and avoid pitfalls. You can even print a shopping list to help you stay on target while in the supermarket.

Reminders –  Get a daily email with your training and meal information or sync your workouts with your personal calendar. It’s harder to skip a workout when it’s staring you in the face.

Annual Training Plan (ATP)  – We help you set your annual training plan so you know where you’re at and where you should be throughout the duration.


Log meals, workouts and metrics – Studies show over and over again, “That which is measured improves.” With features like ‘libraries’ and ‘favourites’ to record your workouts and meals, and metrics like ‘weight’ and ‘hours of sleep’, you’ll breeze through logging and reclaim some free time.

Calendar & Spreadsheet  – View your workout information however you want. Colour code workouts, easily search through all your logs or even print out a copy for your fridge. Find a system that works for YOU.

Device Agent – Over 90 devices can all use the same free software to upload workouts directly from the device to the software. No more unnecessary hoops to jump through.

Performance Manager Chart – One of the most important tools for the serious athlete. Use scientifically proven models to monitor your training stress and fitness to help you peak at just the right times.

File Viewer – The best way to view and pore over data from a workout. Zoom, slice, compare, normalise, summarise and just about anything else you could imagine doing with your data.
