Training on your own can be hard work, so let us help you reach your goals with our group classes in your community. Designed for individuals and friends of all levels and abilities, we will make sure you keep motivated, fresh and focused by providing the right mix of support, challenge and fun in each session. You can even choose the soundtrack! The most cost-effective way to join our classes is to sign up for a term, which is two calendar months, see below for the number of sessions per term with the cost stated also. When you commit for the course duration you will be invited to be part of our private Facebook group for in-depth discussions, support, ideas and much more!

Please note that when committing for the term then that place is yours for the course duration and cannot be carried over to the next term. For any reason you cannot attend a session, please see if you can swap to the other night we run a session – or you can simply ‘send a friend’ in your place!

We are looking to expand our offer across North and West Oxfordshire, particularly in areas that don’t have a gym nearby. We will even provide reduced rates for a local ‘champion’ who can spread the word in their community. Give us a call.

Strength & Control

A conditioning class that builds strength from head to toe.

In this full-body resistance training class, you build strength by performing different types of movements using a range of body weight, kettle-bells, resistance bands and med balls with the emphasis on speed of movement & intensity from a controlled strong, stable base


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has become a popular way to burn more fat. It’s a training method that has been effective for many people.

HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high-intensity intervals.

HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

We incorporate skills, drills and techniques from various sports in our sessions from boxing to athletics. 

“In research, HIIT has been shown to burn adipose tissue more effectively than low-intensity exercise – up to 50% more efficiently.” It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.

Spin – the calorie killer

Our spinning classes are a great way for all fitness levels to have a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape! And you don’t have to wear a helmet!

To ensure you get a full body work-out we also work on your abs, with a variety of exercises making sure each one has an easy, moderate or challenging option so you can select the right one for your fitness. We finish with a gentle stretch to make sure you remain injury free and to avoid any lingering soreness.

Total Body Circuits

The ultimate challenge in total body fitness Circuit training is an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. Each week has a specific theme to focus on – Strength, Cardio, Core, SAQ, Body Weight, Power using a variety of equipment such as powerbags, kettlebell’s, bands, skipping ropes, matts, ladders and more.

If you want to spend time getting your body into all round great shape, circuits will get the best results for your efforts. Each session is different using a range of equipment to keep the variety and motivation high

Woodstock Boot Camp

(We have done this for Birthdays, Stag & Hen groups, Team Sport Training)

Outdoors and back to basics – usually comprises of mud, sweat and tears! A no frills workout for those who like to be outdoors and close to nature. Using a simple range of kit and embracing our surroundings we hit it hard, fast and aggressive! Only wear kit you don’t mind getting wrecked Starting and finishing at the Black Prince, Woodstock (good parking). We will embrace and utilize part of Blenheim Park, taking in the spectacular scenery and getting a very close look at what nature has to offer. Why not also bring the family and let them explore round Blenheim and then join us for coffee (Don’t forget your Blenheim Pass)
