As it currently stands, the government guidelines are recommending all group exercise be held outside, with strict social distancing measures in place, no kit to be used unless 100 % sanitised after each use, track & trace policies alongside various risk assessments, SOP’s & EOP’s.

With this in mind, and for your own safety.

I can only recommend that we continue with the online sessions for the time being.

We all know training on your own can be hard work, so let us help you reach your goals with our group classes in your community. Designed for individuals and friends of all levels and abilities, we will make sure you keep motivated, fresh and focused by providing the right mix of support, challenge and fun in each session.

You can even choose the music genre, theme or soundtrack!

The most cost-effective way to join our classes is to sign up for a term, which is two calendar months, see below for the number of sessions per term with the cost stated also. Take the first step, try out our classes.

Spin – the calorie killer  (ONLINE)

 

Our spinning classes are a great way for all fitness levels to have a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape! And you don’t have to wear a helmet!

Seeing as our group spin sessions are on hold, please note that I am offering the bikes out to hire alongside 3x online spin classes per week. Classes will be delivered via Zoom which you will get an invite.

Will deliver the bike for free within 10 miles of Woodstock.

 

HITT / Body Weight Strength

All you need is a bit of space to lie down & a mat/towel.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has become a popular way to burn more fat. It’s a training method that has been effective for many people.

HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high-intensity intervals.

HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

We incorporate skills, drills and techniques from various sports in our sessions from boxing to athletics. 

“In research, HIIT has been shown to burn adipose tissue more effectively than low-intensity exercise – up to 50% more efficiently.” It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.
