Project Active Events
At Project Active we like to encourage our clients to put their health and fitness to the test with some great team events over the year. We like a challenge, whether it’s taking a team to conquer the Three Peaks, doing a half marathon, or going for a bike ride around Oxfordshire. Our main criteria is that it’s fun and with friends, so join us and belong in our community. For our latest events look at the Project Active Calendar or join our facebook page.
If you would like to get training for an event and can’t get going, let us know. We can either support you as an individual, or we can help establish a group of like-minded people and lead a group fitness training programme so you achieve your goals on the day, whatever they are. Whether it’s a 5k fun run, a triathlon or a full marathon or cycling the Oxfordshire way, we can get you there.

Project Active Detox
Well done to everyone who joined us for our Post Christmas outdoor detox bootcamp in Blenheim park. A great way of working off the overload of mince pies, chocolates and wine! We are planning to hold future boot camps around times of peak gluttony so watch out for our Easter event.
Three Peaks Challenge 2011
The first outing for Project Active – our intrepid team had a great, if rather sleepless weekend attempting to walk Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours. We had a great weekend with fantastic views from every mountain and just missed the time but the sight of the sun setting from Snowdon made up for it (and the curry and beer at the Youth Hostel).
Great North Run
Project Active has attended the Great North Run in 2010 and 2011 and hope to field a team
again this year. We camp at a local rubgy club with about 70 other runners and it’s great fun, if a little basic!
