Beyond the Scales: What Weight Loss Really Means and How the Right Coach Ignites Your Journey4/23/2025 The words "weight loss" often conjure up images of scales, tape measures, and endless hours on a treadmill but what if I told you that true weight loss is about so much more than just a number?
At Project Active, I believe it's about igniting a spark within you, a desire for a healthier, happier, and more vibrant life. For me, weight loss isn't about fitting into a certain dress size or achieving an arbitrary number on the scale. It's about freedom.
