As I sit with a coffee on Sunday morning reviewing and reflecting this past week my thoughts lead to this
Most busy professionals I speak to are doing something for their health.
And yet they’re still tired. Still stressed. Still stuck. I believe this is because comfort zones are brilliant at keeping you safe… and terrible at helping you grow. The outdoors doesn’t just train your body — it trains you When you step outside the predictable, climate-controlled, perfectly-flat-floor environment, you get something the gym can’t replicate:
That’s not a problem. That’s the point. Quick question for you: Are you genuinely content to keep going through the typical hamster-wheel gym motions — lots of time and effort for minimal gains?
