My Story,
"Juggling a demanding career and family life has always made it a real struggle to prioritise my health. I’d been going to the gym sporadically for years, but without any real plan or purpose, I never saw the results I wanted. It was frustrating.
Then I started working with Ben and his Think Differently programme, and it completely changed my approach.
Ben took a really broad view of my life, not just my exercise routine. After just a couple of coaching calls, he helped me identify the key areas where I could make positive changes. It wasn't about drastic measures; it was about building healthy habits and, crucially, learning to put myself first occasionally – something I hadn't been very good at! Ben helped me understand how small changes could have a big impact.
The difference has been incredible. I’ve now lost a stone, and more importantly, I feel so much better. It’s not just about weight loss; it’s about having more energy, feeling more focused, and being a better version of myself. Those regular calls with Ben were absolutely vital. He has a knack for calling me out on things when I needed it, which kept me focused and accountable.
It's easy to slip back into old habits when life gets busy, but Ben's support and guidance kept me on track. I even have a better grasp on work-life balance now, and I genuinely believe I'm a better family man for it.
As a result of my newfound love of the outdoors, I've even joined Ben on a few of his hikes and paddleboard sessions. And the icing on the cake? I'm joining him on an upcoming trip to Norway!
