My Story,
I'd reached a point where I knew I needed to make a change. Life had become a relentless cycle of work, stress, and unhealthy habits. I was stuck in a rut, and my health was definitely on a downward spiral.
I knew I needed help, and that's when I asked Ben about his Think Differently programme. It was the catalyst I needed.
From our very first conversations, Ben quickly grasped the situation I was in. He didn't overwhelm me with a complicated, full-on plan. Instead, drawing on his years of experience as both a personal trainer and a behaviour change coach, he identified a simple, manageable action plan that helped me just hold the line and stop the slide.
That was exactly what I needed at that point – something achievable that wouldn't feel like another burden. Ben's dual expertise was invaluable; he understood not just the physical aspects of health, but also the psychological and behavioural factors that were holding me back.
Once I had a solid foundation, we started working on the bigger picture. Ben helped me address my eating habits, improve my work-life balance, and increase my general activity levels. It was a gradual process, but Ben's support and guidance made it feel manageable and sustainable.
He has a real talent for explaining complex ideas in a way that's easy to understand, and he helped me see the interconnectedness of these areas and how small changes in one area could positively impact the others.

I'm now feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I'm back in control of my health and have a much more positive outlook on life.
I've lost weight, regained structure in my days, and even my sleep patterns have improved dramatically.
I am still a work in progress, but I am far happier for it. The journey (and the work) continues, but I feel confident and supported thanks to Ben and the Think Differently programme.
