How does the online package work?
All contact is delivered through our online coaching portal and app, you are also asked to book a weekly zoom call with Ben to discuss, evaluate and plan what's next.

When do I need to do the training?
With everything being online it is flexible in the sense that there is no set time - although work will need to be completed and acknowledged.

Who has access to my information?
Quite simply - only ME. You will not get passed on to someone else, I will be your point of contact from the start onwards

What happens if I am away for week?
if you are away for week then lets plan accordingly. please bring it up on one of our calls and we can discuss an agreeable action.
