Enjoy This Classic Game of Rounders With Family & Friends This Summer! Rounders is the ultimate outdoor summer game that can be played by the whole family. It provides great entertainment and exercise. Split into two teams and get ready for a game filled with competitive fun and laughter!
This is just meant to be a bit of family fun, in a great location with hopefully a glorious summer's evening. Bring the kids, join in with the game or simply sit back with a glass of wine with sunglasses on. We will use the excellent facilities at Bletchingdon sports and social club which will include use of the clubhouse, toilets and the bar.
Food - It would be great if we can turn this into a leisurely picnic for everyone so please bring all the food you need for your family.
The object of the Game The object of the game is to hit a ball (roughly the size of tennis, but much harder) with a bat. Once the ball is hit you then need to run around 4 bases to score a run. The team with the most runs at the end of the game is deemed the winner.
COST - £10.00 per family (donated to Bletchingdon Sports & Social Club.)
All ages are welcome but please help us to ensure a successful evening by pre registering. We just need to see how many people to expect
