SUP
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is popular with people of all ages and provides a great workout to develop fitness and core strength - A workout for the mind as well as the body! Private Bookings are available for groups of four where we provide all the equipment you need SUP, Lifejackets, Drybags & water shoes along with a qualified first aider and guide
We currently run Saturday morning sessions between 0700-0900 which is more of a SUP social get together where people bring their own equipment (if they have it). We meet at various locations in Oxfordshire so please GET IN TOUCH. |
Sports CoachingOutdoor sports coaching is ideal for groups who have a specific objective in mind whether it be fitness training for that sport, technical question/ skill improvement or part of the periodised approach to the annual training plan.
We can help you get better at your chosen sport or just organise an outdoor activity for you, your family and friends to spend some quality time together while being active.

HikingHiking packs many benefits for your health, including improved cardiovascular fitness, stamina, muscular endurance and even strength. Not to mention the social aspect of conquering a terrain together with fellow outdoor lovers. All along with the well known and documented mental health benefits.
We have arranged hikes (15/20 miles) arranged every couple of months from local walks to weekend adventures. Over the last 20 years, we have organised and taken clients and private groups on such hike challenges such as

MTBMountain biking is a great form of exercise because it doesn’t actually feel like it’s exercise! It’s something we all look forward to and a great way to really explore your surroundings. The physical benefits are pretty much secondary to the reason we ride: Great fun!
We offer a full range of private guided rides to suit all fitness levels and MTB abilities such as Oxford City, Oxfordshire Landmarks, The Costwolds, The Ridgeway &The Chilterns - We can take everything from bike transport, mechanical support, first aid and the best places for lunch or cream teas We also run a Tuesday MTB group from The George & Dragon Pub In Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire.
We also have a very active MTB schedule with lots of day trips to various UK trail centres, routes, and well-known courses. |

Do I have to be superfit to join?
It very much depends on what the challenge is - our Tues MTB, Sat morning SUP and monthly walk and talk group are open to all but as quite short in duration.
With one of the more challenging adventures, you will be briefed as to what is expected and if you already use one of our services then your training will be focused on that upcoming challenge. Please do call to discuss if not sure. |
I don't have an MTB or SUP, how can I join?
We can rent you everything you need to see if you actually enjoy it before committing to large expenses.

Where will we go?
We are fully mobile and like to explore what is around us - We go on routes pre approved by myself, where we are safe, allowed and where we can have fun!
