Mountain biking is a great form of exercise because it doesn’t actually feel like it’s exercise! It’s something we all look forward to and a great way to really explore your surroundings.
The physical benefits are pretty much secondary to the reason we ride: Great fun! 

We also run a Tuesday MTB group, we meet at different locations so we can explore and learn new routes.

• ​Meet points include Woodstock, Freeland, Charlbury, Bletchingdon and more.
• Tuesday nights at 1830 - 2000ish
• Approx 60/90-minute ride.
• Great pub food and a pint post-ride.

If you are new to us then we want you to get a true feel about who and what we are about - We would like to offer the first 2 weeks from your first visit complimentary to you so we can discuss and any concerns, issues and questions you may have.

The annual fee of £60.00 which covers the date from
1st May - 30th April.
(This fee is waived if you are a PT client, Tribe member or we have an arrangement in place with your employer with a "corporate wellness package"

Should you wish to join later on in the year the fee will be pro-rata accordingly

SUP in Oxfordshire 

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is popular with people of all ages and provides a great workout to develop fitness and core strength - A workout for the mind as well as the body! 

​Private Bookings are available for groups of four where we provide all the equipment you need SUP, Lifejackets, Dry Bags & water shoes along with a qualified first aider and guide

For our members and clients, we organise regular SUP meetups & social get togethers where people bring their own equipment (if they have it or can hire all the kit from us.

Hiking Groups 

Hiking has many benefits for your health, including improved cardiovascular fitness, stamina, muscular endurance and even strength. Not to mention the social aspect of conquering a terrain together with fellow outdoor lovers. All along with the well known and documented mental health benefits. 
​
We have arranged hikes (15/20 miles) arranged every couple of months from local walks to weekend adventures. Over the last 20 years, we have organised and taken clients and private groups on such hike challenges such as 

• National Three Peaks
• Hadrian’s Wall
• Yorkshire Three Peaks
• Brecon Beacons
• Snowdonia
• Cotswolds Way

Wednesday Night Football

A friendly kickabout with a whole mix of ages, abilities and fitness. 

This group is aimed at those who love football and want to continue playing for as long as possible.

• A little bit of aggression with a will to win  - Yes
• Egos and stupid tackles - No

Some of the group have played at a reasonable level in the past, and some of the younger members are up and coming.
Most of us want a little bit of exercise and a lot of banter.

WoodStock ​Walk & Talk 

The Woodstock Walk & Talk Group is about getting people together in the beautiful grounds of Blenheim Park or the glorious countryside of Woodstock.
​
To meet new and old friends and connect in person and off-screen. - Everyone is welcome.

Whether you're a parent wanting to connect with others in the community, someone who wants to get outside and talk, or a homeworker who has suddenly released that they need to leave the house and get fresh air, talk to people face to face, or you'd like to incorporate some exercise into your day whilst having a relaxed chat. Then our Walk & Talk group is for you.
(Approx 50/60-minute walk then coffee, Venue TBC)

Sports Coaching

Outdoor sports coaching is ideal for groups who have a specific objective in mind whether it be fitness training for that sport, technical question/ skill improvement or part of the periodised approach to the annual training plan. 

We can help you get better at your chosen sport or just organise an outdoor activity for you, your family and friends to spend some quality time together while being active.

We even have our annual summer games for families at the local village of Bletchingdon with games such as Rounders, Dodgeball & various relay, evasion, team games - Good solid family fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be superfit to join?

It very much depends on what the challenge is - our Tues MTB, Sat morning SUP and monthly walk and talk group are open to all but as quite short in duration.
​
With one of the more challenging adventures, you will be briefed as to what is expected and if you already use one of our services then your training will be focused on that upcoming challenge. Please do call to discuss if not sure.

I don't have an MTB or SUP, how can I join?

We can hire you everything you need to see if you actually enjoy it before committing to large expenses.

Where will we go?

We are fully mobile and like to explore what is around us - We go on routes pre approved by myself, where we are safe, allowed and where we can have fun!
