Having a coach can be a valuable investment in personal and professional development, contributing to enhanced self-awareness, improved performance, and the achievement of meaningful goals Ben will look at how you move to identify movement dysfunctions, recognise both overactive and underactive muscles, readdress the balance as to how you fundamentally move and help address other health conditions (alongside other medical practitioners if needed). We will build the foundations of health first, then the strong pillars of strength and fitness, and then put you to the challenge of testing yourself. What makes you different to the other trainers?
I have over 20 years of experience of doing what I do, from a range of positions in the health, fitness and sports sector, this allows me to drawback on my experience to deliver what the client needs and wants in a safe, effective manner with the client at the focus - not the client fitting with coach's methods.

Why are you a little bit more expensive?
Whilst my 20 plus year history in coaching has taught me a lot about human behaviour, I can couple alongside that with 20 plus years of continued professional development and training within various fields of interest. Quite simply, if I don't have an answer for you, I will get my head in a book, or go on a training course and learn what the current science is, or what recommended guidelines currently are so that I am up to date so I can pass that knowledge on to you.

Where do I operate from?
The Project Active strapline has always ween 'We Bring It To You". This mean's we are fully mobile - we bring what is needed, deliver the session, pack up and go! We visit clients in the workplace, the home or in the community place. We generally operate within a 10-mile radius of Woodstock.

What type of clients do You work with?
I work with a range of customers all at various start points of their journey, I can work alongside your medical professional to enable a joint collective approach to your wellbeing Or even if you want to change your life and you are not sure where to start- I can help map the plan out. All my clients have one thing in common though - They want to change, they want to put the hard work and consistent effort in and at some future point they want to join in with one of our adventures. Did I mention that they all want to have a laugh and giggle along the way?
