"Project Actives’s Blenheim Bootcamp is a fantastic way to start the weekend in a wonderful location. Ben’s sessions are always well structured and vary from week to week. All abilities (& injuries) are accommodated very effectively. Ben delivers the class in a manner that ensures we work hard but do so willingly." MARTYN CURNOW |
"I have worked with Ben for the past 8 months doing Boxercise with him, and I can honestly say each session is always different. Ben knows his stuff and always pushes you positively, and I can guarantee you will get results. If you want to be serious about getting fit, healthy and happy, then Ben is the trainer who can deliver." KAREN L. |
"In 2010 Ben brought Project Active’s Spinning Classes to Stonesfield. I had never attended a Spinning Class before but from the first session, I have really enjoyed it. Not only is it good exercise but it’s also an opportunity to meet other people from the village and surrounding area – it’s great to have a Spinning class on your doorstep." JESS H. |
Mountain biking is a great form of exercise because it doesn’t actually feel like it’s exercise! It’s something we all look forward to and a great way to really explore your surroundings.
The physical benefits are pretty much secondary to the reason we ride: Great fun! We also run a Tuesday MTB group, we meet at different locations so we can explore and learn new routes.
We also have a very active MTB schedule with lots of day trips to various UK trail centres, routes, and well-known courses which you can view here |

Our circuit training classes are a form of exercise that combines various strength training and cardiovascular exercises in a structured, sequential circuit.
Our participants move through a series of different workout stations, each focusing on a specific muscle group or fitness aspect. The class is typically designed to provide a full-body workout while incorporating elements of cardiovascular conditioning. Exercise Variety: Stations may include a mix of strength training exercises (using body weight, resistance bands, or free weights), cardiovascular activities (such as jumping jacks or high knees), and functional movements (like burpees or lunges). Boxing drills (pad work, footwork, speedwork may also be included. Intensity: The goal is to maintain a medium to high intensity throughout the circuit. This can be achieved by minimizing rest between stations or by incorporating cardio elements to keep the heart rate elevated - different intensities will be dictated by the coach. Adaptability: Circuit training classes can be adapted to different fitness levels by adjusting the difficulty of exercises or the duration spent at each station. This makes it suitable for beginners and experienced individuals alike. Check out our Boxercise registration status here |
