Our membership is a natural follow-on from our RISE 12-week group programme but also a great place to start due to in the information we will give you.
The emphasis is on you to take ownership of your health and fitness journey with us providing you the tools, skills and knowhow to make it happen. It is very much a self led programme for you to digest in your own time. You MUST WANT TO MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE to get the most out of this. We cannot do the hard work for you: you will have to be the one who turns down junk food and pushes yourself hard, but we can take the guesswork out of your training, making sure your habits and motivation hold the course. |
