Comprehensive questionnaire & assessment where we learn about your exercise and medical history and also seek to understand exactly what motivates you too.
Training program for you within 3 days via our online portal and app. Every workout is planned out from reps to rest intervals.
In-line with your goals, training and lifestyle we will coach you on the principles of nutrition and to track your progress, also to make adjustments where needed.
The Project Active online coaching team provides 24/7 support so you can fire your questions through the in-app messaging and receive prompt answers any time of the day.
MOBILE APP ACCESS
Mobile App for easy access to your training and nutrition programs, access to your own smooth and easy to use Private Members Area and around the clock support fromt he team.
WEEKLY GROUP PROGRESS REVIEWS
A group online chat where we will all discuss our thoughts on the days past such as specific topics, concerns and questions we need to review so we can adjust and progress on to the coming week.

We cannot do the hard work for you: you will have to be the one who turns down junk food and push yourself hard in the gym. But we can take the guesswork out of your training, ensuring your training and diet regimes are designed to meet your goals.

How does the online package work?
All contact is delivered through our online coaching portal, app and weekly group Zoom call.
When do I need to do the training?
With everything being online it is flexible in the sense that there is no set time - although work will need to be completed and acknowledged. If you miss a few days then catch up when you as soon as you can.
Who has access to my information?
Quite simply - only ME. You will not get passed on to someone else, I will be your point of contact from the start onwards.
Project Active own the all the contents of this course and retain all usage rights.
As the client, you will have full access to the content and materials for the course duration and if you subscribe another programme you will have continued access.
At the end of your subscription with us, you will lose access to all materials.
How long do I have to commit to the online programmes?
The online programme is 12 weeks in duration. How long it takes to see results will depend on how hard you work. Some clients see results in as little as 2 weeks, however, we work in 12 week blocks as I believe in creating lasting habits for sustainable results.
