We will create your training program for you within 3 days and send it to you via email. Every workout for the month is planned out from reps to rest intervals. |
NUTRITION COACHING
In-line with your goals, training and lifestyle we will coach you on the principles of nutrition and track progress every 2-3 weeks and make adjustments where needed. 24/7 SUPPORT

MOBILE APP ACCESS

MONTHLY PROGRESS REVIEWS
We'll review your workout logs and progress pictures, measurements and movement assessments. We will also discuss your thoughts on your training plan and tweak when needed. |

You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of our one to one in person coaching you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. We cannot do the hard work for you: you will have to be the one who turns down junk food, and pushed yourself hard in the gym. But we can take the guesswork out of your training, making sure your training and diet regimes are designed to meet your goals. My main aim was to try and improve my core stability as I have a weak lower back, as well as to tone up for my wedding! I have really enjoyed all the different types of exercises and have noticed real improvements in my core stability, and my back doesn’t tend to ‘give up’ so much now which makes life a lot easier. I have learnt a lot along the way too and understand why and how the corrective exercises work. I would highly recommend Ben; it was no mean feat to ensure I felt great in my wedding dress and that my back survived my heels! Excellent, professional first class service.” |

How does the online package work?
All contact is delivered through our online coaching portal and app, you are also asked to book a monthly zoom call with Ben to discuss, evaluate and plan what's next.

When do I need to do the training?
With everything being online it is flexible in the sense that there is no set time - although work will need to be completed and acknowledged.

Who has access to my information?
Quite simply - only ME. You will not get passed on to someone else, I will be your point of contact from the start onwards
|
How long do I have to commit to the online programmes?
The online programme is the same as an offline program. How long it takes to see results will depend on how hard you work. Some clients see results in as little as week, however, we work in 3-month blocks as I believe in creating lasting habits for sustainable results.
